Get ready for an action-packed day the whole family will love! The Family Carnival is one of the most anticipated events of the Scotland Juneteenth Heritage Festival — a full day of celebration, performances, and unforgettable memories.
🎟️ Entry to the park is FREE. However, tickets are required to access all Festival attractions, including rides, games, and activity areas.

- $5 per person starting June 1

🚗 Parking & Transportation:
On-site parking at Cabin John Regional Park will be limited. FREE off-site parking will be available with convenient shuttle service to and from the park. Full shuttle schedule and pick-up points will be announced soon.
