At our last FTF the park counted over 12,000+ visitors over the 3-day event.
We registered over nearly 1000 riders in 2025 and 70 vendors for that Fat Tire Festival. In past years we had 10+ major bike brands with demo bikes. Admission to Vendor Village is free and open to the public.
Vendor 10’ X 10' booth is $200 each. Again for 2026 each booth will get one pass to the campground which gives you access to the entertainment each evening and showers (not food). Additional passes are available for purchase. PLEASE note that when registering attendees must be listed for this entry pass.
FOOD VENDORS and Non-profits- contact event coordinator to get approved and registered.
Typically, there is space in front of booth for displays and space behind booth for one vehicle, although there is no guarantee. Please be sure to register for number of booths necessary to accommodate your needs.
Vendor Expectations:
NEW this year, we want ALL vendors to setup on Thursday so the Vendor Expo can open Friday morning at 10 AM.
Check-in and set up booth on Thursday, March 6, 2025 11am – 7pm, if at all possible. There will be limited time and access on Friday morning from 7am till 9 am but only for small booths needing minimal time and access (no trailers or large vehicles Friday morning!!).
Booths should be staffed and open for business Friday, 3/6 10pm – 5pm; Saturday, 3/7 9am-5pm; and Sunday, 3/8 9am-2pm.
Check-out Sunday, 3/8 2pm-5pm.
Also NEW this year is live entertainment Saturday afternoon in the Vendor Expo. Probably go 2 PM till 5 PM. Maybe some time between songs for vendor promo but looking for ideas how we can get more folks back to the Expo Saturday after the ride. Maybe extra raffle for the racers (must be present).
Each year, vendors have been very generous and have donated one or more items to our Vendor Village raffle and Campground raffle. Raffle winners will be drawn on Sunday at 1 PM in the Vendor Expo.
Raffle proceeds benefit OMBA 501c3 activities.
