RUNFORH2O is a volunteer-led fundraising event rooted in the heart of Sherwood Park. Between 2015 and 2019, and again in 2025, our community has come together to run, walk, and raise nearly $500,000 for sustainable clean water projects in southern Ethiopia, supporting six communities. Choose your distance: 10 km run, 5 km walk or run, 1 km kids’ run, or a 50 m toddler dash. Kids' events are always free! 100% of all registration fees and donations go directly to the project, supporting community-led water systems built to last.
