About this Event
2026 Riverside Walter Reed Hospital Health Careers Camp: A free program for 10th-12th grade students to discover health careers, earn certifications through hands-on activities, and collaborate with Rappahannock Community College to build a pathway to their chosen career.
Camp Location: Riverside Walter Reed Hospital, Gloucester, VA
Camp Dates: August 3-5
A current TB Test is required for students to attend the camp. More information will be sent following registration. Students will report to the hospital lobby for camp by 8:45 am and the camp will end daily at 3:30 pm. A $30 gift card will be provided to students for lunch.
Lunch and Scrubs are provided for students, please wear with tennis shoes.
A student-specific schedule will be provided the week before camp starts. Students will have the opportunity to complete certifications in Basic Life Support.
Registration is limited and each parental guardian will be contacted in the order of registration to confirm attendance.
Registration Opens May 1st at 6 pm and closes when spots are filled.
