About this Event
2026 Regis Innovation Challenge Finals
The Regis Innovation Challenge is a premier business incubator and pitch competition hosted by the Innovation Center at the Anderson College of Business and Computing. Now in its ninth year, the Challenge has invested over $250,000 into local ventures, supporting entrepreneurs as they transform raw ideas into sustainable, market-ready businesses.
The Main Event
Our finalists have emerged from a rigorous nine-month process involving 3:1 expert mentorship, specialized workshops, and multiple qualifying rounds. At the Finals, they will pitch live to a panel of accomplished investors and industry leaders.
- The Stakes: Teams are competing for a $10,000 top prize, additional cash awards for runners-up, and dedicated co-working space in the Gronowski Innovation Lab.
- The Criteria: Ventures are evaluated on three core pillars: Desirability, Feasibility, and Viability.
- The Impact: Every team includes at least one Regis student, fostering a "mini-MBA" experience that bridges academic theory with real-world execution.
Audience Participation
This event is more than a presentation; it is a community celebration of the "Magis"—the Jesuit value of doing more for the greater good.
- Live Voting: Attendees play an active role in the competition by helping determine the winners and the recipient of the Audience Choice award.
- Networking: Connect with Denver’s vibrant startup ecosystem, university leadership, and industry experts during the pre-event reception.
