Fifth Annual Regional Career Expo – Exhibitor Registration
K5T and Friends invite you to participate in the Fourth Annual Regional Career Expo on May 8, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Main Arena and Hallways of the Terrace Sportsplex.
This regional event connects employers, educators, and community partners with youth and jobseekers to explore career pathways, training options, and workforce opportunities across Northwest BC.
Exhibitor Participation & Pricing
Exhibitor participation is offered through a sponsorship-based model, which helps support venue costs, logistics, catering, and event coordination while keeping the expo free and accessible for jobseekers.
Participation options and pricing:
- Copper Sponsor: $5,000 (double booth)
- Gold Sponsor: $1,250 (double booth)
- Silver Sponsor: $600
- Bronze Sponsor: $300
- Community Organization: $100
- Hallway Exhibitor Table (Not Main Arena): $100 (table only; no booth or electrical access)
What’s Included (Main Arena Exhibitors)
Each Main Arena exhibitor receives an 8’ x 8’ enclosed booth, including:
- One table with table skirt (please let us know if you require a tablecloth)
- Two chairs
- Electrical access
- Additional chairs available upon request
🎁 Door prizes will be provided by K5T. Exhibitors may contribute prizes if they wish.
🍴 Complimentary light refreshments and coffee will be available throughout the day.
📢 After registration, exhibitors will be contacted to submit their logo and business name for promotional materials.
Travel & Accommodation
For exhibitors travelling to Terrace from outside the area, hotel accommodation information, including group booking details, will be provided after a booth or table has been reserved.
