2026 Quantum UP! Challenge

Quantum UP! is an exciting new initiative designed to prepare Connecticut’s students for the rapidly emerging quantum economy. Hosted by UConn in partnership with industry, academic, and community leaders, the program brings together students to explore how quantum technologies will transform business, law, policy, infrastructure, and society. Participants gain valuable insight into real-world applications of quantum innovation while contributing their perspectives on how Connecticut can position itself as a leader in this next technological frontier.

Through expert talks, collaborative challenges, and interactive discussions, attendees will engage directly with leaders shaping the quantum ecosystem and learn how these technologies will impact industries, economies, and public policy. Whether you are a student, educator, industry professional, or community member, Quantum UP! offers a unique opportunity to understand the opportunities and implications of quantum technologies—and to be part of the conversation shaping Connecticut’s quantum future.
