Join us for an exciting edition of ‘Dynamic Duo’ programme, where members can enjoy two activities that celebrate self-expression and independence!

Members will explore social skills and relating to others through a music and movement programme led by our team. This activity involves group games and a diverse range of movement accompanied with different genres of music, across 8 sessions.

Me2 will lead a personal hygiene programme where members will learn and practise daily hygiene routines such as showering, brushing teeth, handwashing through interactive role-play and engaging games that will equip youths with essential skills and foster independence.

IMPORTANT

• Members can only be accompanied by 1 caregiver except for members requiring 2 caregivers’ assistance.
• Due to limited slots per CORE activity, if a member is absent 3 consecutive times without a valid reason, his/her slot will be given to members on the waiting list.

Me2 Centre of Inclusive Arts is the social impact arm of Cerebral, created to bridge the post-18 support gap for persons with disabilities and champion the belief that the arts belong to everyone.
