2026 Q1 OOH Safety Training Event

We are thrilled to announce that Formetco is once again offering a unique, live and in-person safety training class specifically designed for workers and managers in the Outdoor Advertising industry. We invite you to come learn, network, and grow in a social environment with your industry peers.

This highly interactive and hands-on training will cover several key areas:

• OSHA 10 hour class: An engaging course that covers topics pertinent to the billboard industry. Participants who meet the classroom requirements will be awarded an OSHA Outreach course completion card.

• National Safety Council CPR/First Aid/AED class: This valuable session aims to meet OSHA requirements for remote workers. A certificate will be issued upon completion.

• Dealing with OSHA and contractors: We'll discuss how to handle situations such as an OSHA inspection or citation, dealing with contractors, and where to begin when developing a safety program.
• Climber training certification: This popular segment includes classroom training, practical instruction, and observed climbing techniques. Students will start with beginner skills and gradually progress to more advanced techniques.

Formetco's Safety Training offers a wonderful mix of practical knowledge and industry networking. This is not just about learning; it's about connecting and growing together with other professionals in the Outdoor field.

Welcome Reception: Formetco will host a welcome reception on Monday, February 9th, at 6:00 PM. All attendees are invited to join.

Local Attendees: For those driving in, class begins on Tuesday, February 10th, at 8:30 AM. Please plan accordingly, as Atlanta traffic can be unpredictable!

The Formetco Safety Event will conclude on Thursday, February 12th, at 12:30 PM.

Shuttles will begin departing from Formetco to the airport at 12:30 PM.
