The Portland Local Conservatory would like to invite you to a special one-day actors event. Acting classes, a panel with franchised agents and MORE!
Headshots: Photographer(s) will be available on-site doing 15 minute sessions with One look and ONE edit for an additional $50. If interested, invitees must pay the photographer directly prior to the session. Please contact [email protected] for more information. Reservations with the photographers will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Cost: $25 for SAG-AFTRA Members.

Breaking Down Scripts for Auditioning with Anna Campbell - Writers put time and effort into their work to deliver us the clues we need to help them tell the story. Deconstruct the secret language of auditions sides, making sure you don’t miss a detail and always deliver your most complete interpretation.
Building a Career with Kristina Haddad - Building a Career: 6 building blocks of sustaining and thriving as an actor.
Screen VS Stage with Scott Rogers - Learn specific differences in technique between stage and camera acting.
Simplicity Of Acting with Ted Rooney
Intro to Shakespeare with Gavin Hoffman - In this seminar, participants will learn the basics of meter, why it’s important for an actor to learn, and how an actor can use it to find their character. We will also discuss breath control and the concept of driving to the end of the idea
Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome.
