Dates: Monday-Friday, June 22-26, 2026Times: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily
(Doors open each morning at 8:55 a.m.)
Where: Gather Community Space at First Presbyterian Church,
97 South Franklin Street in Wilkes-Barre.
Who: Children ages 5 through 13 are eligible for Summer Peace Camp.
Registration fee: $125 per child, with scholarships available for families with multiple children attending camp and for those in need of assistance.
What: Peace Camp activities include the following:
- Arts and Crafts Projects
- Communication Strategies
- Games for a Healthy Body, Mind, and Spirit
- Yoga
- Nature Walks
- Peer Mediation
- Community-Building Skills
- Sustainability and Gardens
For most activities, children will be divided into age groups. Space is limited to 40 children.
