Pre- Registration entry fee is $50. Each player will receive a T-shirt the day of the tournament if a t-shirt size is provided.

Checks will need to be made out to Oklahoma Parkinson's Alliance. All registration fees will need to be brought/ mailed to our main office in McAlester.

*Pre-Registration closes Friday, April 24th, 2026 at 12:00pm. Entry- fee will go up to $70 for Day-of Registration. If fees are not paid by deadline, your team will be dropped from the tournament.*
