The 2026 Pan-American Championships serve as the annual North American and South American continental championships. This event serves as a mandatory qualifier for continental federations wishing to participate in the annual United World Wrestling (UWW) World Championships and Olympics every four years. The event will feature some of the world's best men and women wrestlers competing in both Greco and Freestyle disciplines. Prior hosts to Coralville include Monterrey (Mexico), Buenos Aires (Argentina), and Rionegro (Columbia).
