ARRIVAL
4:30 PM - Board Members Arrive
5:00 PM - Vendors, Sponsors & Event Participants Arrive for Setup
5:30 – 6:00 PM - Players Arrive and Line Up with Their Teams
• Please have players wear their jerseys
OPENING PARADE
6:00 – 6:15 PM
Players and Coaches will parade through the complex to PFC Jacob Wykstra Field #3. Parents and family members are encouraged to gather at Field #3 to watch the parade and ceremony.
OPENING CEREMONY
6:15 – 6:35 PM

🎯 Carnival Games - Available after the National Anthem and throughout the event.
