Welcome to the 2026 ONCAT Conference!

Join colleagues from postsecondary institutions across Ontario for the 2026 ONCAT Conference: Helping Learners Find Their Way. Over two dynamic days, attendees will exchange transformative ideas, explore cutting-edge tools and connect with forward-thinking changemakers. Whether you are new to the world of learner mobility or a long-time champion of supporting students, the 2026 ONCAT Conference will expand your perspectives and inspire your practices.

Day One — Scanning the horizon

A vibrant program of panels, presentations and keynotes will highlight recent trends and insights related to learner mobility, as well as identify future opportunities to implement promising practices and scale innovative solutions.

Day Two — Charting the course

Through collaborative workshops and interactive labs, participants will engage directly with existing practices, tools and pathways and then create a blueprint for improving learner mobility at their own institution.

Cancellation policy: Refunds are available until January 12, 2026 for the value of the ticket less a $50 administration fee. Conference registrations can be re-assigned to other individuals within your institution/organization until January 26, 2026.
