2026 Northern Rockies Optometric Conference

This year's conference will be held in historic Cody, WY. We will be having the conference at the Buffalo Bill Village. The Buffalo Bill Village has three choices of lodging options, a conference center, and family amenities to make your experience more than education.

Lodging accommodations for the conference are all on property. Cody is a popular destination this time of year so you are encouraged to make your reservations early to avoid paying higher rates off property.

Thank you for your support of NROC. We are striving to make your investment valuable and easier than ever to register. You can begin setting up Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 1:00pm. The Exhibit hall will be open to attendees Thursday, July 16, 2026 from 4:30-7:00pm with Appetizers and Drinks and again Friday, July 17, 2026 from 12:00-2:00pm for Lunch.
