We’re back in January 2026 to begin the year with powerful intentions, with a beautifully crafted Life Is Sound Daily Wellness Journal filled with thoughtful questions, prompts and quotes to guide you through 2026.

Guided by James, the session features a soundscape created with crystal bowls, handpans, drums, and chimes. The hall’s acoustics have been carefully tested by James, founder of Life Is Sound, who is excited to bring the Life Is Sound Relaxation Society to this stunning venue for the first time this winter.
