About this Event
Dog River Clearwater Revival (DRCR) is proud to host the 11th Annual MudBottom Revival Music Festival – a fun afternoon created to raise awareness and funds for DRCR's ongoing Dog River improvement projects.
This year, the event is set for Sunday, April 19th at the end of Riviere Du Chien Rd on BENDER POINT ( 3619 Riviere Du Chien Road) from 2PM to 6PM (with general admission gates opening at 1:30 PM, VIP Sponsor Check-in opens at 1PM).
- Opening the show is Mobile native , an up-and-coming local singer-songwriter who loves life on the river and enjoys the outdoors with his family and friends!
- Then we will have , an acoustic/electric trio based in Pensacola, Florida. They blend folk, bluegrass, and Americana, delivering both original music and covers. Get ready for their high-energy, eclectic sounds!
- Finally, our headliner is internationally renowned, . For over two decades, Willie Watson has made modern folk music rooted in older traditions. He’s a folksinger in the classic sense: a singer, storyteller, and traveler, with a catalog of songs that bridge the gap between the past and present. From his early days as a founding member of the Old Crow Medicine Show to his current work as a solo artist, he is a celebrated musician with a rich vocal range and a highly skilled multi-instrumentalist.
Attendees of this family-friendly fundraising event are invited to bring coolers, picnic blankets and chairs to enjoy an afternoon of live music under a shaded oak-covered spot on the banks of beautiful Dog River. There will be food, MudBottom t-shirts and swag available for purchase!
- This is a BYOB event!
- No tents or sun umbrellas please.
- No pets are allowed.
- Children are welcome and tickets are free for 12 years and under.
Purchase a ticket BEFORE April 19th and come by vehicle, bike, kayak, canoe, stand up paddle board, or boat and enjoy the music from the peninsula! We will have boat taxis to transport ticket holders from their anchored parking spots to the dock. Pack your own coolers, blankets, and chairs. Bathrooms will be on the premises.
We encourage everyone to carpool, as parking can be tight! If you choose to arrive by vehicle you will be shuttled from the parking area down the street to the festival grounds via golf cart, so please pack lightly and be prepared to take what you need from your vehicle in 1 trip. And please plan your day accordingly.
