About this Event
This special gathering at the top of beautiful Mt. Soledad will honor the proud contributions of Irish veterans, celebrate our rich Irish heritage, and reflect on the lasting legacy of the Irish community in San Diego.
As part of our, Irish Historical Project, this meaningful event brings together community members to reflect on the journey of the Irish in San Diego—those who served, those who built, and those who carried forward our culture with pride.
Hear stories of Irish immigration and community legacy along with tributes to many of our Irish-American Veterans.
This new event for our center in partnership with the Mt. Soledad National Veterans Memorial will offer an opportuinity for us to reflect on the past and look to the future.
Relax and take in the beautiful sunset views while enjoying light refreshments and wonderful company.
The event runs from 5pm - 7 pm so please plan on extra travel time to the location as it may be busy at that time.
