About this Event
At the heart of the Philadelphia Union Foundation is our ongoing commitment to creating positive change in our community, especially in the realm of mental health. Each May, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we host an annual forum dedicated to fostering conversations and sharing insights on mental well-being. Through our HeadFirst initiative, we continue to emphasize the importance of mental fitness and advocate for greater mental health awareness.
We invite you to join a meaningful and action-oriented conversation about mental fitness.Designed for soccer coaches, athletic directors, trainers, club administrators, and parents, this event aims to not only raise awareness but also break the stigma surrounding mental health in sports—ensuring a strong support system for our athletes.
