It’s a family-friendly day of connection, remembrance, and hope, showing that no one faces CHDs alone.For 30 years, The Children’s Heart Foundation has funded research that has driven breakthrough advances that are saving lives, improving outcomes, and helping children with CHD grow up to chase their dreams.
