2026 Little Miss and Mister Estill County Fair RulesArrival Time: 4:30 EST Pageant begins: 5:00 PM EST.
Entry Fee: $25.00 Payable to the Estill County Agrl. The Fair Board must accompany the application. You can also pay with cash or venmo @ECfair or by square at https://square.link/u/y5nbix5u.
This pageant is open to all eligible children that reside in KY.
Deadline for Entry and Practice Date/Time: Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM. All applications must be submitted by Google forms or email to [email protected] by the July 31 deadline. There will be a $10.00 late fee assessed to all applications submitted after May 27,2026. No exceptions will be made to this policy! Pageant is open to all KY little boys and girls ages 5-7.
Competition: Attire will be denim or khaki shorts and a plain t-shirt of any color. To help you prepare, take into consideration that this is a small child pageant and the contestant’s outfit should be appropriate for a Little Girls and Boys 5 to 7. Judges will be looking for the little girl/boy that best reflects the Little Miss and Mister age group. Judging will be based on a point system and contestants will be judged on poise, eye contact, personality, attire, and smile. There will be one question that the contestant will answer on stage. All contestants will get the same question. The question will be listed on the registration form.
Little Miss and Mister Estill County Fair will be selected from all participating contestants. If Little Miss and Mister Estill County Fair are Estill County residents, a Little Miss and Mister Estill County will not be chosen.
If the Little Miss and Mister Estill County Fair are not residents of Estill County, a Little Miss and Mister Estill County will be selected from Estill County Residents.
Other details:
Everyone will enter through the Exhibit Hall side double doors by the grandstand. Contestants will not have to pay the gate fee.
Little Miss and Mister contestants should come dressed and ready upon arrival. There will not be an available dressing room.
The Estill County Fair Board is not responsible for lost or stolen items or items left behind.
Rules for entry:
1. Contestants must have reached their 5th birthday and cannot have reached her 8th birthday by June 30, 2025.
2. If for any reason the winner(s) cannot fulfill their obligations as Little Miss and Mister Estill County Fair, the 1st Runner Up will preside.
3. Must provide a birth certificate prior to competing.
