About this Event
On Saturday, February 14, 2026, Seattle audiences are invited to spend Valentine’s Day differently by gathering for an intimate morning of live storytelling at Last Story Standing, hosted by the National Speakers Association Northwest at Art Love Salon in downtown Seattle.
The show is 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and eight highly trained speakers will each share a five-minute true story rooted in love, courage, resilience, and the human experience. The event culminates in a friendly storytelling competition, with one storyteller advancing to the next regional level.
It’s designed as a community-centered experience, one that invites audiences to slow down, listen, and connect through real stories told live.
“There is a specific kind of magic that happens when someone stands in their truth and tells a story from the heart. It moves us past the data and the slides into a space of genuine connection. This isn't just a show; it’s an invitation to feel, to hope, and to remember what it means to be human.” — Melissa Reaves, Producer, Last Story Standing
