STAR Center and 7 Rivers Overhead Doors are excited to announce the 4th Annual La Crosse Area Parkinson's Walk and Awareness Event. This year's event is scheduled for Saturday, May 9th from 10:00-2:00 pm at Myrick Park. This year's event will include a 1-mile walk, food trucks, live music, exercise demonstrations, resource booths, and children's activities. Donations will support the STAR Center Parkinson's Exercise Programs, La Crosse Area Parkinson's Disease Support Group, and Michael J Fox Foundation. Raffle basket and silent auction items will be available throughout the event.
Registration is now available. T-shirts must be ordered by April 17th. Please contact the STAR Center if you need assistance.
Event Timeline:
10:00 am: In Person Registration and T-shirt Pick Up Opens
11:00 am: Opening Ceremony
11:15 am: Walk Begins (1 mile loop)
12:00-2:00 pm: Resource Booths, Live Music, Food Truck, Children Activities, Exercise Demonstrations
