The 2026 KSO Youth Leadership Conference will empower high school students to discover their identity, develop real-world skills, and build the confidence to create their own path in a rapidly changing world!
The FREE conference will feature keynote speakers, a discussion panel, and opportunities to connect with resource providers, young professionals, and peers. It will be a valuable experience combining inspiration, practical guidance, and real opportunity through a live Start-Up Pitch Competition (application-only).
Our goal is for students to leave with clarity, courage, and actionable next steps.
