Local youth work hard all year, raising animals and preparing for the Kittitas County Fair Market Sale. These projects go far beyond raising livestock, they teach responsibility, teamwork, communication, and the importance of animal care and food production. 1. Provide a sales outlet for market stock raised in a 4-H, FFA, or Grange project exhibited at the Kittitas County Fair.
2. Assist with the educational efforts of the 4-H, FFA and Grange programs concerning the production and marketing of livestock at the proper weight and quality grade.
3. Provide an opportunity for recognition of the buyers who support our county-wide youth members.
