Rules:
No motorized parts. No weights, rocks, metal, slime or similar goo.
Nothing can be permanently attached to the pie. Parachutes are permitted.
Your container must be in free fall during the drop. No bungee cords or tethers.
Your container MUST NOT EXCEED 3 pounds.
Balloons are strongly discouraged.
