2026 Junior Race Ready Training Sessions!- Monday 4th May - 13:30-16:30.
- Sunday 36th July - 13:30-16:30.
After the brilliant success of running a separate Junior session last year, we are pleased to announce that we will be bringing it back 2026.
We don't want to put all the negative fears of the Age Group athletes into the youths. We don't want them to just use slow, safe techniques. The juniors can do far than the Adults can do. This is why you will hear us refer to the Junior session as 'The Advanced Session'.
***Please note that there will not be any Under 16's at the Adults session***
We will bringing in another coach so that we can keep training to the individuals abilities.
This is a Team Training session for Juniors who;
Juniors that already take part in OCR and want to become Race Ready.
Juniors who are already competitive and want to train with like minded people to push them further.
During the session we will work through a range of skills which will help develop them from where they are currently at as well as look at skills for obstacles which they are likely to find at the championship style events.
Expect a range of Drills, Team Races and Mini Race Simulations!
It would be great to get as many of the team down here as possible for what will be a great afternoon of training.
