The 2026 Indiana Animal Welfare Conference is open to animal welfare professionals and volunteers alike. Following a sold-out 2025 conference, the 2026 conference promises to be our biggest yet!
Join us April 17–18, 2026 for two days of learning, connection, and collaboration with others dedicated to improving the lives of animals across the state. Attendees will gain valuable insights, share ideas, and build relationships that strengthen Indiana’s animal welfare community.
Conference registration includes admissiont to both Friday & Saturday. Friday includes appetizers and a drink. Saturday's programming includes a continental breakfast, Italian buffet lunch, and afternoon snack. Early-bird registration is available for $60, with rates increasing to $75 after February 28. NEW FOR 2026!
Registration now includes a Friday Welcome Reception on April 17 from 5:30–8:00 PM. This evening will feature The Pawflix Awards, a brand-new video-storytelling celebration spotlighting the inspiring, heartwarming, and entertaining work in Indiana animal welfare. Organizations are invited to sponsor an award category for the opportunity to have their video featured during the event.

Scholarships are Available!
Pet Friendly Services is committed to ensuring that shelters and rescue organizations, regardless of their financial resources, can acces the Indiana Animal Welfare Conference . To support those who may face challenges covering registration costs, we are pleased to offer a limited number of registrations at 75% off the standard fee. To be considered for this discount, please complete the application by February 14. Scholarships will be awarded on a case-by-case basis, and approved organizations will be notified by February 21, 2026.
