Join us for the 2026 Idaho Indian Education Summit hosted at Idaho State University on June 11–12, 2026, in Pocatello, Idaho!This year’s theme, “Strengthening Education for Our Native American Students,” will bring together Tribal leaders, educators, higher education professionals, students, and community members from across Idaho and the region for two days of collaboration, learning, and community engagement focused on Native student success.
The Summit will feature:

✨ Cultural engagement opportunities
✨ Networking & collaboration
✨ Student Youth Scholar Exhibition featuring K–12 Native student voices and Indigenous knowledge
✨ Optional Fort Hall Reservation historical/cultural bus tour
Topics throughout the Summit will include culturally responsive education, Indigenous knowledge systems, Native student success, leadership development, language and cultural preservation, and strengthening partnerships between Tribal communities and educational institutions.
