Join us for the 69th Annual Capitol Hill Restoration Society House and Garden Tour, which will feature 9 beautiful homes and gardens, and three interesting semi-public buildings, inside of the Capitol Hill Historic District. The tour is a two-day event: Saturday May 9 from 4pm-7pm and Sunday May 10 from 1pm-5pm.
A refreshment break with treats from local vendors, in the lobby of 507 8th Street SE, is included.
The artwork on this year's catalogue and poster was created by designer Jean Kohanek with photos from Allison Atherton, Steven Fall, Marci Hilt, Jackie Kreiger and Libby Quaid.
Capitol Hill Restoration Society was founded 71 years ago as an all-volunteer organization to help preserve and protect the historic neighborhood’s architectural and residential character. Our mission has been, and continues to be, to uplift the community we live in through education, preservation, and events in celebration of the diverse community and history of the Hill.
