Welcome to the 2026 Buyer Seminar! This year's session will have an emphasis on the steps in the home buying process, mortgages/pre approvals, the role of a lawyer in a home purchase, how home inspections work & the financial side of preparing to purchase such as First Savings Account (FHSA)
The event will feature presentations from Norton Ngo with Royal Lepage, Chris Allard with Smart Debt Mortgages, Alex Beaudry with ALX Legal, Nathan Boucher with Mike Holmes Inspections & Marino Mogan from BMO. Following the presentations, we will have a question period to address any questions you might have.
