Greater Louisville Alumnae Panhellenic (GLAP) will be hosting its annual Panhellenic Scholarship Brunch on Thursday, March 26, 2026. The event will take place at the Hurstbourne Country Club (9000 Hurstbourne Club Lane, Louisville, KY 40222).
Doors will open at 6:00 PM for the Silent Auction and Check-In with the program beginning at 6:30 PM.
Each year, the GLAP comes together with Panhellenic women throughout the Louisville metropolitan area to raise scholarship funds for Panhellenic women at the University of Louisville, Bellarmine University, and Indiana University Southeast. Join us in celebrating our 2025 Scholarship Award Winners and the 2026 Outstanding Alumna award recipient.
In 2025, GLAP awarded $4000 in scholarship funds to some amazing Panhellenic women. We could not do this without you. We have three opportunities to contribute to the scholarship fund.
- Attend the Luncheon. All profits from ticket sales go to the fund. Additionally, we will be hosting a live auction with some special items during the luncheon.
- Silent Auction. Going live on March 19th, the silent auction is GLAP's primary fundraiser. Follow GLAP on Facebook or Instagram for updates! If you are interested in donating items for the auction, please contact [email protected].

Philanthropy
Each year, GLAP selects a local non-profit organization or cause to support and organizes a collection at our event. This year, we will be collecting items to support The Center for Women and Families. The Center for Women and Families provides help for anyone who has experienced intimate partner violence or sexual assault, whether this happened recently or years ago. They also support friends and family members of survivors. Their services are free, safe and confidential. Many of their clients depend on donations of clothes, toiletries, and other personal items as they often flee violent situations without the ability to bring belongings with them. Current major needs are laundry pods, undergarments, and Pull-ups.

- Tickets are $40 for alumnae and $35 for collegians. Use code 2026EarlyBird until 2/14/26 for $5 off.
- A cash bar will be available.
- A pre-purchased ticket is required. The deadline to register is March 15 @ 11:00 pm.
