The Gentex Street Performer Series returns to Downtown Holland every Thursday night this summer! The 2026 Series will take place Thursday evenings from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm from June 11 through August 13! During the Gentex Street Performer Series, the entire community is invited to enjoy the sights and sounds of over 25 different artists and groups while they perform free for the public right on 8th Street!
From musicians and break dancers to caricature artists, balloon twisters, jugglers, dancers, and more...you'll find every type of performance art imaginable in Downtown Holland during the Street Performer Series! The Series is entirely free to attend, but tipping the performers is highly encouraged as your way of saying thanks! And as part of the Downtown Holland Social District, patrons ages 21+ can enjoy an adult beverage while strolling down 8th Street during the event.

Please note that 8th Street will be closed to thru traffic and parking each Thursday from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm from Columbia Avenue through River Avenue to accommodate the Series. Free public parking is available in the surface lots on 7th and 9th Streets, in the 7th and 9th Street Parking Decks, and at the Holland Civic Center Place.
