We are proud to announce that registration is now open for our seventh annual Galentine’s Day Soirée! And guess what, this is also RAYNE IX’s 5 Year Anniversary Party! Double the fun, it’s gonna be a great night!

We are so grateful that the Wantable Cafe has invited us back for the third year in a row. This year’s theme is all about reframing and embracing imposter syndrome! We’ll socialize, schmooze, snack, drink, mingle, have a 45-minute panel discussion, and then back to all the fun stuff!

Imposter syndrome shows up when we’re stretching into something bigger—new roles, new opportunities, new challenges. Too often, we mistake it as a weakness when in reality, it can be the signal that we’re on the edge of growth.

In this panel discussion, we’ll explore how reframing imposter syndrome can unlock the path to fearless leadership. Referencing the R.E.A.L. Confidence™ framework, our panelists will share stories of how they have embraced “imposter moments” to tackle challenges, build unwavering confidence, and lead fearlessly.

Attendees will walk away with a renewed sense of motivation, actionable strategies, and the new perspective to reframe “imposter moments” as stepping stones toward fearless leadership.
