In 2026, I will offer FREE Marriage License Signings for all couples. This is my Simple Signing Ceremony (declaration & pronouncement only). All FREE signings will take place at my private Wedding Room (TMS Wedding Room). Other locations & ceremonies are booked at regular rates.
Free signings require an online appointment. There is a small $5 online booking fee. There is limited availability on the weekends. Holidays are excluded.
