2026 FRC Know and Grow Conference

The Potts Family Foundation is proud to host al conference for the dedicated staff of Oklahoma's Family Resource Centers. This event is designed to provide practical tools, foster meaningful connections, and inspire the critical work you do every day to support children and families.

Join us for a full day of professional development tailored specifically to the opportunities and challenges of FRCs.

What to Expect:

• Keynote Address from Dr. Nathan Mellor: Kick off the first day with an empowering message from Dr. Nathan Mellor, CEO of Strata Leadership and a renowned author and speaker on leadership, organizational health, and personal growth.
• Specialized Breakout Sessions: Dive deep into topics that matter most to your role with two distinct tracks:
• For Directors: Sessions will focus on leadership, sustainability, program management, and strategic growth.
• For Navigators: Sessions will provide practical tools for family engagement, best practices in resource coordination, and trauma-informed care.
• Powerful Networking Opportunities: This is one of the best opportunities all year to connect with your peers. Share successes, brainstorm solutions, and build a stronger statewide network with staff and leadership from other FRC sites.

Who Should Attend? This conference is ideal for all Family Resource Center staff, especially FRC Directors, Program Managers, and Family Navigators. We are asking that you send 2-3 staff members.
