Bahamas Trade Mission

The Bahamas Trade Mission is a strategic international engagement designed to connect U.S.-based business leaders, entrepreneurs, and chamber executives with key stakeholders across the Bahamas.
Taking place June 18–19, 2026, in Nassau, this inaugural mission will serve as a gateway for building cross-border partnerships, exploring investment opportunities, and expanding access to Caribbean markets.
This two-day experience will bring together participants from the public and private sectors to engage directly with Bahamian government officials, the Chamber of Commerce, industry leaders, and small business owners. Through curated meetings, site visits, and networking events, delegates will gain firsthand insight into the Bahamian business environment, regulatory landscape, and high-growth sectors such as tourism, infrastructure, logistics, and professional services.
The mission is intentionally designed to go beyond traditional meetings by immersing participants in the local business ecosystem. Attendees will engage with community leaders, patronize locally owned businesses, and participate in culturally grounded networking experiences that foster authentic relationship-building.
As this is our first trade mission to The Bahamas, we anticipate a dynamic and diverse delegation, including business owners, investors, and organizational leaders—many of whom may be accompanied by family members or business associates, further strengthening relationship-building opportunities.
Ultimately, the Bahamas Trade Mission aims to:
- Establish meaningful business and government connections
- Identify export and investment opportunities
- Support small business engagement in international markets
- Introduce U.S. businesses to Caribbean market entry strategies
- Position participants to explore expansion beyond The Bahamas into the wider Caribbean region
- Create pathways for joint ventures, supplier agreements, and service contracts
- Identify investment-ready projects in tourism, infrastructure, and real estate
This mission represents the beginning of a long-term commitment to fostering international partnerships and expanding economic opportunity across borders.

Registration for the trade mission in on Eventbrite only and includes SOME meals (Thursday welcome reception and breakfast on Friday ) and transportaiton to official trade mission meetings.

The specific itinerary will be shared once we get closer to departure but we will meet with two local chambers, local businesses for an exhange, government officials, and private sector stake holders.
