About this Event
The Stoke Survivor dinner provides an opportunity for you as a vendor and Erlanger Neurology to highlight stroke survivors and their stories. We encourage patients to share any aspect of their stroke care they feel was exceptional—from the ambulance bay to the emergency department to imaging to post-stroke treatment care in the ICU and step-down units to rehabilitation. This is also an opportunity to reconnect patients with their caregivers or Erlanger team members who made a special impact on them during their time with us.
