Join us for Connections: East Texas Behavioral Health Summit 2026, a free community event at the W.T. Brookshire Conference Center in Tyler that brings together East Texas residents, healthcare providers, nonprofits, and community leaders to explore how we can strengthen behavioral health across our region.
This unique gathering combines a community roundtable discussion with a Behavioral Health Resource Show, creating an opportunity not only to hear from leaders working to improve mental healthcare, but also to connect directly with organizations providing support and services throughout East Texas.
Whether you are seeking resources, supporting a loved one, working in healthcare, or simply interested in the well-being of our community, Connections is designed for you.

Community Conversation
From noon to 1:00 p.m., community leaders and behavioral health professionals will participate in a roundtable discussion focused on improving mental healthcare in East Texas.
This conversation will explore current challenges, emerging solutions, and the collaborative efforts underway to expand access to care and support individuals and families across our region.
Behavioral Health Resource Show
Surrounding the Community Conversation is the Behavioral Health Resource Show, where attendees can meet local organizations providing services, programs, and support related to mental and behavioral health.
The Resource Show runs:
10:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
This is an opportunity to:
- Meet nonprofit organizations and healthcare providers serving East Texas
- Learn about programs that support mental wellness, recovery, and family support
- Discover resources that help connect healthy minds and healthy lives
The Resource Show is a central part of the Connections Summit, creating space for meaningful conversations and personal connections that extend beyond the roundtable discussion.

There is no cost to host a table, and we welcome nonprofits, healthcare providers, and community organizations that support mental health, wellness, and quality of life in East Texas.
