Whether you’re a long-time owner or new to the brand, the rally offers a welcoming environment to learn, explore, and build lasting friendships within the Dutchmen community.

Hosted at the brand-new North Trace RV Resort, a luxury destination located in the RV Capital of the World, the rally provides the perfect backdrop for educational sessions, exclusive access, great food, and fun-filled activities. Attendees will also have opportunities to view the latest Dutchmen models and discover must-have RV accessories.

The Dutchmen Owners Rally is just that, an owners rally. While we are grateful for the support of Dutchmen RV, our sponsors, and our vendors, this event is shaped by the owners who attend it. Together, we set the tone, build the experience, and create the memories that make this rally meaningful.

I volunteered to serve as Wagonmaster because I believe strongly in the value of this community and what we can build together. As with any growing event, volunteer support plays an important role in making the rally run smoothly. Opportunities may include welcoming attendees, assisting with logistics, hosting group activities, or sharing your knowledge and experience with others.

Cancellation Policy

It is understood that schedules change, sometimes out of our control. As a result, the following cancellation policy has been applied:

• Before March 1: The cancellation fee is 10% of registration and any add-on fees.

• From March 1 - April 30: The cancellation fee is 20% of registration and any add-on fees.

• On or after May 1: No refunds, regardless of reason for cancellation.

Note: On or after May 1, all event expenses, accommodations, and planning commitments have been finalized based on attendance numbers. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds past this date.

The rally will occur rain or shine! Be prepared for the possibility of inclement weather by bringing the proper gear and attire. If the rally is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a refund.

*Eventbrite's fees are nonrefundable and therefore full refunds cannot be provided.

Info: Exercise extreme caution and patience on the grounds as rigs are moving to their sites. Keep pets leashed and supervise young children. Expect heavy traffic today, and therefore keep driveways and unoccupied RV sites clear. Thank you for your cooperation.

Info: Welcome to the Dutchmen Owners Rally! At this welcome reception and orientation you will hear from the Dutchmen RV Team and rally organizers. Please bring a lawn chair as seating is not provided.

Info: At the Keystone Customer Service Center, you'll receive exclusive behind-the-scenes access to see how our expert technicians work their magic, ensuring your RVs are in top shape.
Guests are asked to meet at the Keystone Customer Service Center by 9:30AM and should park in the lot behind the new showcase models.
Tour groups are FCFS.
Parents are responsible for their children. No pets.
