Disability & Mental Health Summit Exhibitor Application

We invite you to apply to be an exhibitor at our 13th Annual Summit. Rep. Dan Miller’s Disability & Mental Health Summit will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at Community College of Allegheny County’s Allegheny Campus on the North Side.

This will be a great opportunity to share what your organization offers to a diverse audience interested in disability and mental health resources. It's also a fantastic opportunity to connect with professionals, advocates, and individuals seeking support. Apply now to be considered as an exhibitor at this impactful summit!

NEW IN 2026: The Summit will feature a single-day Resource Fair that will include both our traditional Summit exhibitors and the programs and organizations who typically participate in our Futures Fair.

Resource Fair attendees will include high school students who are moving from school to adult life, accompanied by their teachers, alongside the parents, self-advocates, service providers, and other professionals that typically join us at this event.

The Resource Fair will run on Thursday, May 7 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with set up anticipated to begin by 8:00 a.m. Due to programming/logistics changes, all exhibitors must be at their tables by 10:00 a.m.

There is no cost to exhibit at our event.

***PLEASE NOTE: We have limited space and completing the application DOES NOT GUARANTEE a spot at the Resource Fair.***

You will receive an email in March notifying you of your acceptance status.

Space is limited, and we will do our best to allocate space that allows for the best variety of resources. The final selection and arrangement will be determined in such a way to provide a diverse representation of relevant organizations.

*** DEADLINE FOR EXHIBITOR APPLICATION IS JANUARY 30, 2026 ***

Special Note: No items are permitted to be sold at this event.
