Join us at Riverfront Park in Ravenswood, WV for our 10th Annual Dash for Diabetes 5K Walk/Run! 🏃♀️💨Each year, Coplin Health Systems teams up with Ravenswood Recreation Youth Program to spread awareness for the nationwide epidemic of diabetes. Unbeknownst to most, one of the best ways to prevent diabetes is through exercise! 💪

👀 RULES: This is a Thunderbolt Race Series race. All rules must be followed regarding walking. If you register to walk, you must walk – no running. If you want to run and walk, register to run. Walkers who run will be disqualified.
🏆 AWARDS: Overall & Age Group Awards will be given to runners & walkers.
