βThe Cultivating Change Summit, hosted by the Cultivating Change Foundation, is a premier annual event dedicated to fostering inclusivity and equity for LGBTQ+ individuals in agriculture, natural resources, and food systems. This gathering brings together a diverse communityβincluding LGBTQ+ individuals, employees, human resources and diversity and inclusion professionals, employee resource group leaders, executives, organizational leaders, allies, and othersβwho are committed to creating a more inclusive industry.
At the Summit, attendees engage in thought-provoking workshops, insightful discussions, and valuable networking opportunities designed to address challenges, share best practices, and drive positive change. The event provides a space for education, collaboration, and leadership development, ensuring that LGBTQ+ individuals and allies can connect, learn, and take actionable steps toward a more equitable agricultural sector.

Cultivating Change Summit Refund Policy
At the Cultivating Change Summit, we understand that sometimes plans change. To accommodate our attendees, we have established the following refund and transfer policy.
100% Refund: If you cancel your registration up to 45 days before the event, you will receive a full refund of your registration fees.
50% Refund: If you cancel your registration between 44 and 15 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund of your registration fees.
No Refunds: If you cancel your registration 15 days or less before the event, no refunds will be issued.
How to Request a Refund:
- To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with your registration details and reason for cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request.
Important Notes:
- Registration transfers to another individual are permitted. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information on transferring your registration.
- The Cultivating Change Summit reserves the right to change or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and on our official website.
