You're invited to celebrate America's 250th birthday at this picnic-like event!The Cruise-In to the Ice Cream Social highlights the services and departments that make Washington Township the best place to live, work, and play, plus features classic cars and hotrods of all makes and models, along with games, complimentary hot dogs and hamburgers, and free ice cream. The RecPlex also will be open so families can enjoy free open swim, open gym, and rock climbing.
Annual favorites include painting a fire truck, shooting water at a pretend fire, and meeting Sparky the fire dog. Attendees can also watch live fire department demonstrations and get up close with police, fire, and SWAT vehicles, connecting with the dedicated public safety teams that proudly protect and serve Washington Township every day.
