Details about Mrs. America

Mrs. America is a beauty competition established to honor married women throughout the United States. Contestants representing all 50 states and the District of Columbia — ranging in age from their 20s to 50s — earn the right to compete at the national level by first winning their state competition, which are each overseen by state directors. Mrs. America, Inc. celebrated its 45th anniversary in 2021, and the pageant has been televised on several networks over the years. The national winner goes on to represent the United States at the Mrs. World pageant. The most recent Mrs. America 2025 pageant was held on August 27, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada, where Paige Ewing of Georgia was crowned.

Miss for America

Miss for America features the most accomplished single women in America, open to women 18 years and older who are widowed, divorced, or never married. These women compete for the coveted title of Miss for America Strong. The organization runs alongside the Mrs. America system, offering a prestigious national platform for single women to showcase their achievements, community service, and personal advocacy. Both Mrs. America and Miss for America are part of a family of competitions that celebrate women across different walks of life, united by a shared vision of recognizing America's greatest natural resource — the contemporary woman.
