2026 Clackamas Community College Instrumental Jazz Festival

Please join us in the beautiful Niemeyer Center for the Performing Arts at CCC for the Instrumental Jazz Festival. We welcome student bands from area middle/junior high schools, open, charter, and magnet schools, and class 1A-6A high schools to participate in this state-qualifying contest. Registration deadline February 1st, 2026. No refunds available after February 8th, 2026. Performance schedule for registrants will be available below as the event date approaches. Please note that the event is subject to change as public safety dictates.

Friday March 13th: Middle/junior high schools, open, charter, and magnet schools, and Class 1A-4A bands will perform 8 am - 6 pm (schedule permitting).

Saturday March 14th: Class 5A-6A bands will perform 8 am - 6 pm.

After the scheduled performances, we may invite your band to participate in the evening playoffs (please indicate evening availability during registration process). Close out the evening with awards and a performance by the CCC Jazz Ensemble.

This event is open to public. Admission is $5, students are free. (Performers and directors do not tickets.) Tickets for Day 1 and Day 2 can be purchased in advance via Eventbrite through March 12th. Tickets purchased at the door are $5 cash only.

Registration Fee: $225 per ensemble (plus Eventbrite fees)Payment Options:

• Credit/debit card at the time of registration
• Check or school purchase order (PO) by selecting the “Register by Check” option

⚠️ Important: If paying by check or PO, your registration is incomplete until payment is received. Your band will not be scheduled until payment is processed. If payment is not received within two weeks of registration, your registration will be void and must be submitted again.

Refund Policy:No refunds after February 8, 2026, unless a replacement group can be found.
