Ridhi leads the development of a pioneering menstrual data platform that profiles uterine biology at the molecular level. Her work at NextGen Jane spans fundraising, building an intellectual property foundation, and assembling a multidisciplinary team to design novel hardware and software aimed at transforming our understanding of inflammatory and immune‑mediated disorders that disproportionately affect women.
Ridhi brings experience from the Broad Institute and Bristol‑Myers Squibb. She holds a B.S. from Georgia Tech, an M.S. from MIT, and an MBA from Harvard University, and is a Blavatnik and Ferolyn Fellow.
