This event gives North St. Paul residents a convenient way to dispose of bulky or hard-to-throw-away items that typically require a special pickup fee.
This year, disposal costs are based on the type of vehicle entering the lot. Please bring a valid ID, the appropriate amount of cash, and be respectful of staff and volunteers.
Residency Requirement: This event is for North St. Paul residents only.🏠
Proof of residency is required (Driver’s license or a utility bill showing your North St. Paul address). Please have your ID ready.
FEES: (New this year) 💵
The City-Wide Clean-Up Day is no longer free. Fees will be charged based on vehicle size. Please see the fee list below for specific amounts.

Credit cards are not accepted. No Venmo or Paypal.

Mini van or SUV: $30
Pickup truck: $40
Van: $40
Single axle trailer: $50
* Trailer fee in addition to the vehicle fee (if items are in the vehicle).
You will receive a receipt confirming your payment and residency. This receipt must be shown to the gate manager to enter the Public Works lot.
VEHICLE LINE UP MAP: 📍
🚘Form two lines on the right side of the road along both 2nd Street and 3rd Street.
🚘At the front, staff will alternate vehicles between the lines.
🚘The lineup area will be clearly marked and monitored on-site.
🚘Follow the vehicle lineup map to ensure you are in the correct location. Visit our website for the map.
🚘Watch for and follow volunteer directions on the day of the event.

❌Yard waste (leaves, branches, stumps, firewood)
