About: Seven (7) tents are available for private party space. The Tuscan Tent, an ADA accessible tent is located just inside the main entrance of the Wine Garden. The Seminar Tent includes A/V and hard walls with a/c. All other tents are located on the grassy hills of the Wine Garden with a temporary flooring. All tents are in the proximity of musical entertainment but do not have a sight line to the stage. The Bluebonnet Tent is behind the Main Stage and the remaining hospitality tents are located near the Lone Star Stage.
Times: Tent reservations are available between the hours of 4 – 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 2 – 9 p.m. on Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, tents will be rented twice, with the windows from 11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and from 5 – 9:30 p.m. If your party does not arrive by 9 p.m., or all members of the party leave the tent before 9 p.m., the reservation will be forfeited, and seating will be offered to other guests. Tent reservations will not be held after 9 p.m. If your party arrives before 9 p.m. and remains at the table, you are welcome to enjoy the reservation until we close.
Details: All tent reservations are required to complete an online Event Booking Form at least 1 week prior to the event. The form will be sent via email in late January. The Wine Garden Hospitality Team will try to set up your tent as requested on your event booking form. However, the equipment inventory is shared among all hospitality spaces, and we may not be able to fully accommodate your requests.
As with the tables, there are no exchanges or returns, so please purchase carefully.
